The Psychos were developed as an artistic expression of Brian Bunt, Peter Timusk and Nick Rudd. This band was a three piece and we practiced and sometimes performed house parties in Mechanics Ville a neighbourhood in Ottawa close to the river and the Parliment buildings. We were a good band and managed to play a few shows for the consumer/survivour community. We liked to play and we played only original music. The drummer Nick and the bassist Peter, met at a self-help meeting. The guitarist Brian lived in the house and had known the bassist from previous musical events. This was the connection to the Psychos formation and we lasted about three years before our tempers got the better of us all and we broke up.
